Budgetrac Accounting Version 5.2 Now Available
We are pleased to announce the release of
Budgetrac’s Accounting modules version 5.2. This
release is the continued fulfillment of our
commitment to provide two major releases a year.
The focus of this release was to provide you, our
clients, with additional reporting features and
enhanced functionality that specifically address your
needs as a home builder. In addition, we have
further developed seamless integration with our other

provide you with timely updates on our products and
our company, we would like to issue our second
quarterly e-newsletter. Over the past months we
have been focusing a majority of our effort on
providing a complete end-to-end solution to the
home building industry. With our new Design Center
modules that integrate with our Sales and Production
modules, we can offer productivity tools that can
significantly reduce your operating cost. And with
the release of version 5.2 this month, we now can
provide our clients with advanced financial reporting
features and specific home builder loan draw
functionality. Our goal continues to provide an open

| Home Builder Design Center Modules Introduced |

We are excited to announce the
release of our fully integrated Design Center solution
modules that provide a game-changing, web-based
hosted (ASP) solution that significantly reduces the
cost to operate the home builders' design center
while measurably increasing option sales revenues.
The Design Center Operations (DCOpps) functionality
contains all the homebuilders' products, areas and
take-offs information. The Appointment Setter
(AppSetter) is an on-line calendar that facilitates
immediate scheduling of appointments with the
Design Center and other services, such as lenders
and landscapers. We continue to enhance our
complete end-to-end solution for the homebuilder
industry.

| Entity Group Reporting - ver 5.2 Advanced GL |
| |
We have included Advanced GL
capabilities in the latest 5.2 release. The Entity
Group Reporting functionality enables the
creation and reporting on an almost unlimited number
of user-defined groups of entities or companies. The
entity grouping function provides for percentage of
ownership reporting for each entity within the group.
Financial reports can be created across the whole
portfolio as well as give the exact equity position of
investors.

| Multiple Accounting Methods - ver 5.2 Advanced GL |
| |
The Multiple Accounting Methods functionality
enables you to create and report on over 30 user
defined methods, in addition to the simultaneous
Cash and Accrual methods already provided in the
system. This feature is found in Advanced GL
capabilities, which is included in the latest 5.2
release.

| Budgetrac to offer Microsoft SQL Server™ database option next Fall 2007 |
| |
Over the past few months, we have begun
development of our next generation of products.
The first phase of this project is to migrate from the
current Pervasive.SQL database to Microsoft SQL
Server 2005 (MS SQL). Our Sales, Production,
Warranty and Design Center modules are
standardized on the MS SQL database. By migrating
our Accounting modules to MS SQL, we will be able
to provide a comprehensive business intelligence
platform for data integration, analysis, and reporting
that helps you turn insight into action and make
better decisions, faster. We plan to offer the MS
SQL database with the current Windows interface
next Fall, 2007.
